You are at liberty to play this game in whatever way suits you best, and IMHO nobody else is entitled to criticise you for doing it. In a single-player game, cheating does not exist. After all, who are you going to cheat? The only person available is yourself, and that's a logical impossibility. So you go right ahead and multiloot to your heart's content. There is absolutely nothing stopping you from multilooting until you get the right artifacts and other gadgets for your party, not just any artifacts. OK?
