This whole thing started becuase we were trying to figure out how come Serena was getting an XP cutoff at 16,777,215 while some were not (me included). Then Khilara did an extensive test (with Grey's patch installed) and came up with some astounding figures. He showed that in many cases you could exceed the 66 level limit on skills (with boosting items equipped), but it doesn't work in some cases (that Cure Disease thing was one of those exceptions).I have, just to be on the safe side, decided to keep my skill levels in the magic skills around 25 or so. That way, even with two stacking items equipped (25(1.5)(1.5)), the "maximum level" cannot be attained. I can only get a 12 hour haste from Hour of Power that way, but that is enough.
