    (1) Has the timestamp changed? If not then the file has not been found most likely.
    (2) From where have you run the patch? I recommend copying the patch to the same dir where the .exe is and run the patch from this dir.
    (3) Have you got messages or dialogs during patching? I am not sure whether you should get some but if you have got some then which messages and how have you replied the dialogs?
